Malatesta Paladino Inc., a concrete and masonry contracting firm based in Nassau County, Long Island, New York, began with modest roots in 1985. Founded by Carmine Malatesta, President and Michael Paladino, Vice President the company started with just one pickup truck, a dump truck, and a compressor. Operating from a small garage, they managed everything themselves, even writing payroll checks in their truck.
