Malatesta Paladino is engaged in a critical infrastructure project at 370 Park Ave., home to the New York Health & Racquet Club. This ongoing initiative focuses on the replacement and repair of exterior sidewalks, enhancing safety, accessibility, and long-term durability for club members and the surrounding pedestrian community.
Key Project Highlights:
- Sidewalk Replacement: Complete replacement of deteriorated sidewalk sections using durable materials designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and the demands of a high-activity urban environment, brought fully up to NYC Department of Transportation standards.
- Sidewalk Repairs: Targeted repairs to damaged and uneven areas, addressing trip hazards, cracking, and surface deterioration to extend the life of the existing infrastructure and maintain a safe walking surface.
- Prime Midtown Location: Situated on one of Manhattan’s most prominent corridors, the project requires careful planning and execution to minimize disruptions to both pedestrian flow and club operations throughout the construction phase.
- Coordination with Building Management: Close collaboration with NY Health & Racquet Club management to ensure all work aligns with site requirements, scheduling needs, and NYC regulatory compliance.
